A modern update for a build we completed 3 decades ago.
Our company originally built this clubhouse in the 1990s, as a design build with an architect on site (Peter de Hoog). In 2015, we were hired once again to modernize the building. Working with Matrix Architecture, we installed a metal roof, installed curtain walls, and rebuilt all of the decks.
