Constructing a state-of-the-art operating facility in Cosmedica Laser Centre, a cosmetic clinic.
For this Construction Management project for Cosmedica Laser Centre, we renovated an existing cosmetic surgery clinic in phases while keeping operations open and managing design changes as the project evolved. We worked closely with Praxis Architecture and Avalon Mechanical to meet all specifications, including a CSA-grade operating facility and extensive mechanical system.
