A tenant fit-up in the popular Uptown centre, showcasing the finest materials and architectural details.
The Municipal Finance Authority required a tenant fit-up of a space at Uptown to accommodate a high-end office. Interesting highlights included overheight doors, solid walnut door jambs and marble elements. Some of the more intricate architectural features included walnut ceiling clouds and paneling. For this project, we worked in collaboration with Wensley Architecture and Graphic Office interior designers.
